General

• I reserve the right to deny any order before payment occurs.

• All listed prices are base prices, quotes may vary depending on multiple factors such as complexity or genre.

• I reserve the right to showcase the commissions on social media for portfolio purposes or work on them live during streams unless requested otherwise. You may also request to keep showcases anonymous until officially in use depending on circumstances.

• If the completed asset will not be publicly used within 1 year since its completion, I reserve the right to showcase its full version unless previously arranged otherwise with the client.• I reserve the right to continue rejected projects/ideas or use their elements such as melodies for future personal projects, free assets or other purposes as long as they're not previous versions of the finalized product or significantly resemble it unless requested otherwise (might result in additional fees).• The digital goods will be provided to you via email, Discord, or Twitter, depending on previous methods of communication. After 2 weeks the download link will expire.

Usage

• The prices listed fall under a sync license which allows only for specific types of monetized usage. You may use the commissioned works as a background element alongside your own content such as streams, videos and such.As per original songs, covers and vocal mixing - monetized youtube uploads are allowed as well.

• For other monetized usage (e.g. Video Games, Movies, Distribution) and commercial prices dependent on the service please let me know beforehand as they're priced on a case-by-case basis.

• If you are looking to distribute the final product to music services (Spotify etc.) you must discuss that with me beforehand (it might involve either royalty splits or a commercial flat fee)• Please do not download any work in progress files, initial previews and audio other than the final delivered product without prior permission (I understand that in some instances you'd like to share progress with friends or ask others for potential feedback).

• As for Cover Instrumental services, I do not take responsibility for any kind of copyright infringement regarding your request. Any potential publishing related issues are solely your responsibility (especially important in terms of instrumental recreations).

Process

• I do not begin working on all accepted commissions simultaneously. I will inform you once works on your commission will start. Projects with set deadlines may be prioritized.• My average turnaround is usually up to 60 days since starting the commission• While the order is in progress, I will be sending you updates, drafts and such. You're welcome to request even major changes in the early stages free of charge, but once the commission is complete or If certain ideas were approved by you, I will require an additional fee for larger-scale changes.• If additional information is required and the client is unable to respond in a timely manner (a few days), the commission may be delayed.• Lack of response for more than a 2 weeks period without previous notice as simple as a short message about a potential delay [besides emergency situations resulting in visible abscence from social media] will result in the commission being cancelled, with no refund given. I will make sure to bump the message once or twice after a few days before such measures in case the message was simply forgotten.

Payment & Refunds

• All payment is in USD• Listed prices do not include potential transaction fees (~5%).• Works on your commission will not begin until payment is received.• Orders exceeding 100$ can be paid in a 50-50 format, meaning I will start working on your commission after half of the payment is sent and once the order is finished you must send the other half of the payment.

• A partial refund in the range of 25-75% might be possible depending on the circumstances and how far the project has progressed.
• If a fraudulent chargeback is filed, you will lose all rights to using the final product, and it may be used as a personal project, re-sold or given away. You will also be blacklisted from further commissions.
